Privacy Policy

Marty Wayne Photography collects only what it needs to answer enquiries and understand how the site is used.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form we store the name, email address, subject and message you provide, so we can reply. We do not sell or share it. If you tick the updates box we may also email you occasionally; reply to any message to opt out.

Site statistics

We count page views using our own software on our own server. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers run on this site, and no cookies are set for analytics. We do not store your IP address. It is combined with your browser type and a secret that changes daily, then irreversibly hashed, purely so repeat visits within one day are not counted twice. That hash cannot be linked back to you and is not retained across days.

Your photographs

Images on this site are the copyright of Marty Wayne Photography. If you are a client and would like an image of you removed, email [email protected] and it will be taken down.
